2019 WPG Events Update
Our next AGM will be held on the 13th August 2019 at The Bunch of Grapes Hotel 401 Pleasant St, Ballarat Central VIC 3350. Have dinner with us from 6:30pm, AGM commencing at 7:30pm, followed by a general meeting.
We are running a Start of Season Open Show on the 15th of September & are looking forward to it being another successful & fun day out.
We are still running our monthly meetings, organising promotional events and discussing future events for 2019/20. Anybody interested in joining a meeting, volunteering for future events or putting event ideas forward please contact us for further information on how to get involved.
We will be using this website along side our FaceBook page to enable you to view or download our Show Programs,
and also access our ONLINE ENTRY FORMS!
The form is very user friendly, just click on the "Online Entry Form" link above, then press the button for the event you wish to enter. You will automatically be redirected to the form.
Just fill it in, and press the Submit button. It's that easy! No need to scan copies of registration certificates or membership cards, we will check that for you.
Then just deposit your Show Entry Fee's into our Bank Account (details provided on Online Entry Form).
Your form will be automatically sent to our Secretary.
Your Entry will be processed once your cleared payment appears in our Bank Account. Make sure you put your surname & "entry" as reference on the deposit.
Take note of Show Entry Closing Dates and please allow at least 3 business days for your funds to clear.
